The Target Rifle Section is composed of full-bore shooters that use precision-built single shot rifles. Shooting at ranges of 300 to 900 meters, their commitment to excellence drives these shooters in all types of weather and wind conditions.Members provide their own equipment and ammunition during the weekly shooting sessions.

The shooting season for Target Rifle (TR) is from April to November.  TR submits applications for every Wednesday evening from 4pm to 7pm at 300M and Sunday afternoons from 1pm to 5pm at 600/900M.  Those dates require approval by the CRPTC Range Control for us to shoot.  The approval by Range Control is usually two weeks prior to the due date.  This communication will be relayed to the TR activity membership by the TR activity Chair.
